Avanti offers a support service that will take stock of your requirements and manage the process of registering you with estate agents in the area of your choice. In essence, we will be your representative, saving you time and money through acting on your behalf with local estate agents for either property purchase or rental. We will become the first point of contact for these estate agents and report back to you as soon as we are alerted to suitable properties that have come onto the market.
We will then offer telephone advice and support to you on how the buying/renting process works, what you need to do and when you need to do it. We can also step in to assist with organising viewings for you, brokering finance or mortgage deals, securing furniture rental and/or storage and removals.
