A member of the Avanti team will arrange to meet with you (wherever you currently live) to go through your requirements in finding the perfect property. We will take full brief on the areas you are considering, the type of property you have in mind and an indication of your budget and timescale.
We will then get busy researching the property market in your chosen area and start working with our property contacts to gather information on properties that most closely match your requirements. A short-list of homes available will then be compiled based on the brief and Avanti will conduct a preview of properties selected to make sure that they are all they seem to be on paper.
From there, we will organise an accompanied viewing of the suitable previewed properties and give you a short tour of the area. Once you have chosen a property we will take care of the rest from managing the rental or purchase process right through to completion, furniture rental if necesary, liaising with all third-parties including removal and utility companies. We will see to it that everything is taken care of and your new home is made ready for you to move in.
