Our fees for residential relocation are wholly based on the particular services you need from Avanti. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements and let us put together a bespoke quotation for your consideration.
As a guideline, these are our standard charges:
Homesearch (purchase): We charge a £500 registration deposit payable upon instruction to cover up to a 6-month property search period. Once we have found your property and at exchange of contracts we will bill our ‘success fee’ as a % of the purchase price of the property. Your registration fee will be deducted from our final bill to you.
Homesearch (Rental): We charge a standard £500 registration fee/deposit payable upon instruction that will cover a 3-month search period. The rest of the fee charged is the equivalent of 1 month’s rent and is payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement. Your registration fee will be deducted from our total charge.
