An inventory report is an accurate detailed record of the condition of the property including the decoration, all fixtures and fittings of each room and area of the internal and external space. It also contains a record of all the contents in the property including small items in cupboards and drawers and their condition. We will take meter readings where we are able.
All our reports are laid out in a logical order working from the front
of the house in a consistent pattern to cover all areas internally. We
also include the outside space, sheds, outbuildings and garages.
